Wilson Wang

Wilson Wang, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Executive Compensation and Regulatory Compliance at American Express, where they support the board of directors and engage with shareholders on various matters, including executive compensation and DE&I initiatives. Previously, they held roles at American Express including Director of Executive Compensation and Senior Manager of Global Commercial Payments, where they gained extensive experience in enhancing employee benefits and spearheading global initiatives. Wilson's earlier career includes positions as an Associate at Deloitte Tax LLP and a Tax Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers. They have also lived and worked in Shanghai and Hong Kong, contributing to the company's global efforts in these markets. Wilson is pursuing a degree at Queens College.
