Dave Camp

Dave Camp has a strong background in retail management, spanning over 20 years. Dave began their career at Lowes Home Improvement, where they achieved recognition for exceeding sales targets. Dave then moved on to The Home Depot, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing a large team and handling merchandising and marketing responsibilities.

In 2009, Dave joined Big Lots as a Store Manager for two years before transitioning to Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores as a Retail Store Manager. During their time at Sears, they supervised a team of department managers and direct reports, conducting performance appraisals and coaching associates.

In 2012, Dave became the General Manager of the Repair and Distribution Center at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, responsible for the center's overall management. Dave later took on the role of District Sales Manager, providing direct supervision across multiple states.

Dave then joined Sears Outlet Stores as the General Manager of the Houston Distribution Center, overseeing operational and productivity performance. In 2020, they joined American Freight Furniture and Mattress as the General Manager of the Houston Distribution Center, continuing to excel in their leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a track record of achieving sales and profit goals. Dave'sextensive experience in the retail industry makes him a valuable asset to any organization.

Dave Camp has studied Criminal Justice at Central Texas College.
