Jonathan Waters

Jonathan Waters is an experienced executive in retail operations, currently serving as Vice President of Store Operations and Executive Chief of Staff at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance since June 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan held various leadership positions at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. from November 2012 to June 2020, including Director of Sales & Operations and Director of Distribution. Jonathan's career began at Sears Holdings Corporation, where multiple roles were undertaken from September 2004 to November 2012, including National Training & Organizational Development Manager and Store General Manager. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Strayer University, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
