John Bruce

John Bruce has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Manager at The Grove Wine Bar & Kitchen/Lola Savannah Coffee Lounge since March 2021. Prior to this role, John held various positions including Bartender at Paul Martin's American Grill from January 2019 to March 2021, Lead Bartender at Sway Thai from April 2018 to January 2020, and Bartender at both Jeffrey's and Josephine House from April 2017 to March 2018 and The Cheesecake Factory from April 2013 to February 2017. John's career began as a Bartender at Kerbey Lane Cafe from June 2009 to February 2013, where foundational skills in bar management and customer service were developed.
