Spring Shock holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Dixie State University and has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Since January 2015, Spring Shock has served as an Administrative Assistant at GMS TRUCKING while also working at American Logistics as a Customer Service Associate/Dispatcher since October 2019. Prior to these positions, Spring Shock was self-employed as a Bookkeeper Administrative Assistant from December 2014 to January 2015.
