American Nursing Care has been an innovative force in the home health market for more than 35 years.  We operate 36 home health care and hospice services offices throughout the Midwestern United States, providing nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapies; medical social work; and home health aide services. We also have two supplemental staffing offices in Ohio.  American Nursing Care offers specialized chronic care management programs and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

We serve as the national home health services division of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), a national nonprofit health organization with headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  The faith-based system operates in 20 states and includes 73 hospitals; 40 long-term care, assisted- and residential-living facilities; two community health services organizations; and home health agencies.
