Warwick Smith

Mr. Smith is a venture capitalist specializing in corporate finance and development for publicly traded companies. He has a background in marketing and finance, and formerly served as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Western Pacific Resources Corp. (TSXV: WRP). During his tenure, he raised over $36 million for the Company, bringing in a financial partner and the management team to run Western Pacific’s primary asset at the time. Previously to this, he provided corporate services for Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM). He was also a founder of Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI). Mr. Smith brings with him extensive media contacts and a strategic capital markets network built over two decades in the capital markets.
