American Paragons Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting Team USA athletes in small, underfunded, women’s, and adaptive sports. Many of these athletes compete at the highest level while facing financial instability, limited career options, and a lack of long term support beyond competition. Our mission is to change that by helping athletes build sustainable lives during and after their competitive careers.

We provide a range of practical support services designed around the real needs of elite athletes. This includes flexible employment opportunities, micro grants to help cover training and competition costs, short-term housing support for athletes who are traveling for competitions or training camps, and access to adaptive equipment and prosthetics for para athletes. We also build career pathways by connecting athletes to jobs, internships, mentorship, and entrepreneurial resources so they can prepare for life beyond sport.

In addition to direct support, we host community based fundraising and networking events that bring athletes together with business leaders, donors, and local partners. These events help create real relationships that lead to sponsorships, job opportunities, and long term community support.

We also operate Paragons Performance, our performance training platform that provides high quality coaching services to the public while creating flexible, paid work for Team USA athletes. This model allows us to generate sustainable revenue that supports the Foundation’s mission while giving athletes a professional pathway that fits around their training and competition schedules.

At its core, American Paragons Foundation exists to ensure that no athlete has to choose between representing their country and building a future.
