Christopher Rea

Christopher Rea is a skilled engineering professional with diverse experience in process and manufacturing engineering, as well as leadership roles in sports and safety inspections. Currently serving as a Lead Process Engineer at American Security since May 2022, Christopher has previously worked at UltraMOs Racing as a Bicycle Racer, where the "RaceForMensHealth" initiative was created to support the MOvember foundation. Roles also include Manufacturing Engineer positions at Luxfer Gas Cylinders and Professional Plastics, where Christopher managed multiple facility improvement projects and initiated significant cost-saving measures. As a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee at RBC Bearings, oversight of production and programming of CNC machines was handled. Early experience includes roles as an Engineering Assistant and Chief Technical Inspector. Military service in the US Navy provided a foundation in engineering, where Christopher qualified as a Nuclear Machinist Mate and an Engineering Laboratory Technician. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and training from the US Navy.
