Lorelli Hackler has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. Lorelli began their career in 1982 as a Manager at Northern Telecom, Inc. where they were responsible for Accounting for the Santa Clara division. From 1985 to 1988, they were a Capacity Planning Analyst/Finished Goods Manager, reporting to the Ottawa Corporate Office. In 1988, they joined Micron Technology as a Controller, where they held various management positions until 2001, when they became responsible for SEC reporting, General and Cost Accounting, and Management of Assets. In 2002, they co-founded American Semiconductor, Inc., where they currently serve as the CFO.

Lorelli Hackler has an education history that includes an MBA from Boise State University, a BS from Colorado State University, and a high school diploma from Pueblo County High School. Lorelli has also obtained a CMA certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
