Steve Wald

Steve Wald has extensive experience in the semiconductor and engineering industries, currently serving as a Sr. Design Engineer at American Semiconductor, Inc. since July 2012, specializing in flexible semiconductor research and design. As President of Acuitus Technology, LLC since April 2009, Steve provides consulting services in various high-tech areas such as artificial intelligence hardware and low power electronics. Previous roles include Competitor Analysis Engineer at Micron Technology and a Doctoral Fellowship at Boise State University. With a strong background in ASIC and SoC design from companies like Marvell Inc and Avago Technologies, Steve holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and has been involved in innovative projects throughout a career spanning over two decades.
