Mark Grant

Mark Grant is a highly experienced attorney with a diverse work history. Mark is currently serving as the General Counsel for American Software, Inc., a global software company focused on supply chain planning and management. Prior to this, Mark worked as the Vice President and General Counsel for Patientco, a healthcare IT company specializing in patient communications and payment processing. Mark also held various legal leadership roles at Fiserv, where they oversaw legal matters for the Electronic Payments division and managed a team of professionals. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as an attorney at EarthLink, Inc. and Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where they represented clients in technology-related legal matters. Mark also has teaching experience, having worked as an instructor at James Madison University and as an assistant debate coach at Wake Forest University. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and providing legal advice to senior leadership.
