Hoa Hoang serves as the Human Resources Director at AMERICAN STUDY, overseeing the human resources, administrative, reception, and security functions of a 500-employee organization, while managing 22 staff members. Previously, Hoa held roles such as Business Development Manager at AIA Vietnam, where recruitment and team support were emphasized, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Navigos Search, focusing on client acquisition and candidate selection. Initial experience includes a significant tenure at Citicom, where responsibilities ranged from supporting the Board of Directors to establishing the Human Resources Administration Department. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Foreign Trade University.
