Daniel Hess

Daniel Hess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, engineering, and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Solutions Architect at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Daniel previously held roles such as Senior Sourcing Manager at Miratech and Operations Manager/Operational Safety Officer with the US Navy, where significant achievements included managing a 32-person department for the Ohio-class nuclear submarine USS Georgia and ensuring national security through effective operations. Daniel’s diverse background also features roles as Lead Communications Officer, Engineering Division Manager, and Research and Development Engineer, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and leadership capacities. Daniel holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.
