Dwayne "Skip" Ruffner, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since February 2011, overseeing multiple Joint Test and Evaluation projects related to cyber risk scoring, laser fires, combat logistics, ISR integration, UAS systems, and electronic warfare. Previously, Ruffner held roles including Integrated Project Team Lead for the Joint Electromagnetic Preparedness for Advanced Combat (JEPAC) and Project Manager for Joint Counterair Integration studies. Prior to AMERICAN SYSTEMS, Ruffner worked as a Project Engineer at Quality Innovative Solutions, Inc., addressing interoperability issues for the US Navy's C5ISR systems, and served as an Electronic Technician at JT4. Ruffner's career began in the US Navy, where an extensive background in combat systems and ships maintenance was developed. Ruffner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
