Gary Joy

Gary Joy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in test analysis and surface warfare within both civilian and military domains. Currently serving as a Senior Test Analyst at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since June 2022, Gary has previously held roles at ManTech, Gryphon Technologies as a Surface Warfare Test & Evaluation Analyst, and McKean Defense Group as an Integrated Project Team Development Facilitator. Gary's military career spanned over 13 years in the US Navy, where responsibilities included Operational Test Director for the Commander Operational Test and Evaluation and Chief Engineer on multiple vessels. With a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maine, a Bachelor's in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University, and a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Maine, Gary demonstrates a strong educational foundation to complement extensive leadership and technical expertise.
