Patrick O'Neal

Patrick O'Neal has a total of 33 years of active duty service in the U.S. Navy and currently serves as a US Navy Shipboard Main Propulsion Inspector at COMNAVSURFPAC. As a Naval Chief Warrant Officer, Patrick has extensive leadership and management experience, including 26 years specializing in shipboard propulsion systems. They have held multiple key positions, including Damage Control Assistant and Main Propulsion Assistant, managing teams of up to 80 personnel across various naval vessels. In addition to their hands-on roles, Patrick has contributed to training at the Surface Warfare Officers School and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management with a specialty in Criminal Justice from DeVry University.
