Keith Packard is an experienced sales leader in the welding and engineering field, currently serving as Director of Specialty Alloys at ESAB. With a proven track record of driving sales growth across the U.S. and Canada, they lead a team of Technical Sales Managers while focusing on go-to-market strategies, end-user engagement, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Packard held various roles including Sales and Marketing Manager and Applications Engineering Manager at Hobart Brothers, where they contributed significantly to product development and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Packard serves on the Board of Directors for American Testing Services, offering strategic insights in the non-destructive testing and metallurgical industries. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering at The Ohio State University and an MBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Dayton.
