David Fox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sales and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at American Tower since April 2008, David leads the development and execution of sales strategies for vertical market customers, including Broadcast, Government, Utilities, and Emerging Markets. Previous roles at American Tower include Director of Business Development for Innovation and Director of Real Estate for Managed Networks, where David managed sales strategies for modular edge data centers and established real estate relationships for in-building mobile networks. David began his career at Nextel™, where roles as RF Engineer and Field Technician involved the design and optimization of the iDEN network, earning the Nextel National Circle of Excellence Award. David's military experience as a Tactical Field Communications Operator in the United States Marine Corps included designing communication networks using various advanced technologies. David holds a degree from the University of Redlands.
