Maritza Ramirez

Maritza Ramirez is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in network security and information security management. Currently serving as Gerente de Seguridad en ATC at American Tower since September 2019, Maritza previously worked as Manager of Network Security at ALTÁN REDES, where responsibilities included overseeing information security according to ISO27000 standards. Maritza held the position of Coordinadora de seguridad logica at AT&T, managing over 80,000 privileged user passwords and spearheading significant security projects. Earlier career roles include Privileged Access Security Engineer at Nextel de México. Maritza holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity, including the Cyber Security Foundation Professional Certificate and Lead Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, along with a degree in Informatics from Instituto Tecnológico de Oaxaca.
