Michael Chang

Michael Chang is a seasoned tax professional with over a decade of experience in international tax management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of International Tax at American Tower since January 2012, Michael provides expert assistance in reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning while managing tax forecasts and automation projects. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included auditing tax provisions and researching tax issues across various jurisdictions. Michael's early career included legal internships at the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the Department of Taxation and Finance, along with a foundation in legal studies from Albany Law School. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
