Stephen Lui

Stephen Lui is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application support and business systems analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Support at American Tower since September 2012, Stephen oversees a team of Business Analysts, coordinating with technical support to resolve user issues. Prior roles include Senior Business Applications Analyst at American Tower and various positions at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Kronos application to leading the Financial System Application group in the Wealth Management Division. Stephen’s career began at Ceridian and CIBA Vision, focusing on quality assurance, system analysis, and production support. Academic credentials include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
