Daniela Baker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the fields of real estate and judicial recovery. Currently serving as the Gerente jurídica - Imobiliário e Recuperação Judicial at americanas s.a. since April 2019, Daniela oversees the management of legal processes and compliance for the company. Previously, Daniela held various legal positions, including Coordinator of the Legal Department, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary team and managing legal proceedings in association with CVM and the Federal Police.
