Albert Ayson, Jr., MPH, currently serves as the Director of U.S. Programs at Americares, where efforts are focused on launching the California Thriving Local Health Center/Clinic (TLHC) institute to enhance administrative and operational capabilities of free and charitable clinics in California. Prior to this, Albert was the Associate Director of Training and Technical Assistance at the Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations, managing national training services, and overseeing health initiatives targeting Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. Experience includes roles as Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager at the Community Health Care Association of NYS, Assistant Instructor at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, and various positions in community health, program management, and research roles across esteemed organizations such as the Clinton Foundation and New York City Department of Health. Albert holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy & Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
