Deva Djaafar

Deva Djaafar, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Facilities and Kitchen Operations at America's Test Kitchen, overseeing kitchen and office operations teams while demonstrating a strong capability in developing team members for advancement. Previous roles at America's Test Kitchen included Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager and Corporate Travel Manager, where Deva focused on creating inclusive workplace initiatives and managing travel programs. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Assistant to C-Level Executives across various companies, where Deva facilitated complex schedules and managed corporate travel programs. Deva also held roles in hospitality management, excelling in catering and convention services at esteemed hotel chains such as Westin Hotels & Resorts, Highgate Hotels, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Deva holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed between 1999 and 2005.
