Aishling O'Brien

Aishling O'Brien has extensive experience in the field of information technology and supply chain management. Aishling has held various roles in different companies over the years.

Starting in 2003, Aishling worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Carter Holt Harvey, where they were responsible for operations, demand management, procurement, customer service, production planning, and warehouse distribution. Aishling successfully implemented an S&OP process.

In 2006, they joined Techtronic Industries as a Supply Chain Manager. Aishling'sresponsibilities included procurement, warehouse operations, demand management, and SAP maintenance.

From 2008 to 2010, Aishling worked at Australian Pet Brands as a Systems & Business Manager. Aishling led the review of ERP effectiveness and developed a transformation plan for ERP upgrade.

In 2010, they worked as a Project Consultant at Sims Metal Management, where they assisted in the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX as a new core financial and purchasing system.

In 2011, they joined Manassen Foods Australia as a Project Consultant.

From 2012 to 2015, Aishling held the role of Systems & Integration Manager at Australian Pet Brands. Aishling focused on business improvement initiatives, including solution design and implementation of WMS systems, EDI trading systems, and infrastructure improvements.

From 2012 to 2015, they also worked as the Systems & Integration Manager at Darrell Lea Confectionery, leading a major transformation.

In 2015, Aishling became the Head of Information Technology at Real Pet Food Company, leading multiple transformation projects and deploying a unified IT system.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the CIO at Freedom Foods Group Limited, developing and executing an IT strategy to support business scalability.

Currently, Aishling holds the position of Vice President Information Technology International, Asia Pacific & Latin America at Americold Logistics, LLC. In this role, they are responsible for IT operational execution and technology strategy for the company's cold storage business in APAC and LATAM regions.

Aishling O'Brien attended University College Dublin from 1992 to 1996 without earning a degree. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same college.
