Brian D. Dunn

Brian D. Dunn, MBA, CMRP, CRL, PMP, CEP, REP, LEED Green has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Starting in 2007, they worked at ASR Group as a Maintenance Manager and Engineering Project Manager until 2009. Dunn then joined Kellogg Company as an Engineering & Facilities Manager from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, they transitioned to The Coca-Cola Company, where they held various roles including OE - TPM Coca-Cola North American Consultant III, Thermal & Syrup Platforms OE - TPM Capability Mgr, OE - East Region TPM Manager, and OE - National TPM Lead C-Care SWAT Manager. During this time, Dunn was responsible for leading manufacturing facilities, developing TPM programs, and implementing strategies to improve OEE, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Dunn joined Quest Diagnostics in 2016 as the National Director of TPM & Reliability Engineering before moving on to Kellogg Company in 2017 as the Director of Reliability Maintenance - North America. In this role, they led initiatives to improve OEE, maintenance cost savings, and MRO inventory reduction.

Currently, Dunn is the Global Vice President of Engineering & Maintenance, and Head of Sustainability at Americold Realty. In this role, they centrally direct facilities engineering & maintenance, energy, and sustainability across the global portfolio. Brian D. focuses on maintaining operational readiness and facility uptime while overseeing various capital projects and programs to meet targets and improve asset sustainability.

Brian D. Dunn, MBA, CMRP, CRL, PMP, CEP, REP, LEED Green holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Brian D. also completed specialized programs in Agricultural Science at Penn State University, Nicholls State University, and Purdue University. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School and a Technical Certification in the Ammonia Refrigeration Program from Lanier Technical College. Brian has also obtained multiple certifications, including: Renewable Energy Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers, ESG Performance for Professionals and Investors from CSE - Center for Sustainability and Excellence, LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc., Certified Energy Procurement Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers, Certified Reliability Leader from the Association of Asset Management Professionals. Brian D. is also a CARO designee and holds the CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications from their respective institutions.
