Crystal Bailey

Crystal Bailey has a strong background in financial reporting and compliance. Crystal started their career at EY as an Assurance Manager in May 2009 and worked there until October 2014. Crystal then joined Aaron's, Inc and held various roles including Financial Compliance Manager, Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Compliance, and Director of Financial Reporting. In 2023, Crystal joined Americold Logistics, LLC as the Vice President of Financial Reporting.

Crystal Bailey obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2009. Crystal went on to earn a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia in 2010. Crystal also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Georgia Secretary of State.
