Keith Ruprecht

Keith Ruprecht is an accomplished engineering and maintenance professional with extensive experience in reliability centered maintenance and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director of Maintenance Reliability at Americold Logistics, LLC since June 2018, Keith focuses on enhancing the technical organization's talent development across over 150 global cold chain facilities. Prior roles include managerial positions at The Coca-Cola Company, where Keith led the strategic deployment of maintenance initiatives, and multiple management roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, overseeing preventive maintenance and process improvement across North American breweries. Keith's career also includes significant engineering roles with McDonnell Douglas Missile Systems, FPL, and Lockheed Space Operations, and Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
