Robert Jeffery

Robert Jeffery is an experienced compensation management professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in various roles related to compensation, staffing, and HR analysis. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Compensation at Americold Logistics, LLC since June 2019, Robert oversees competitive market analysis and compensation programs across the company's extensive facility network. Prior roles include Senior Compensation Analyst at Americold Logistics and Senior HR Consultant at PeopleScout, where expertise in HR practices and compensation strategies was developed.
