Eric Pollen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Americollect since November 2018, Eric previously held roles as a WILM Systems Administrator at Lakeshore Technical College and a Network Support Analyst at Continental Properties Company, Inc. In the latter position, Eric managed software rollout projects and provided technical support for a significant user base across multiple states. Earlier experience includes positions as a Retail Support Specialist and Help Desk Technician at Roundy's Supermarkets, focusing on hardware and software support for numerous retail locations, along with a role as a Field Technology Support Specialist at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Eric holds an Associate of Science degree in Microcomputer Specialist from Lakeshore Technical College and has further training from Mindsharp.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
