Robert Daehling has been working as a Business Continuity Analyst and Training Coordinator at Americollect since July 2012. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Sales Agent at American TV from November 2010 to July 2012. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Silver Lake College, Robert's responsibilities have included designing and maintaining training programs for continual employee growth, administering testing, and providing feedback for improvement.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
