Stacy Yonan serves as the Interim HR Director and Learning & Development Manager at Americollect since January 2021, where key contributions include leading Learning & Development initiatives, launching a leadership integration program, and developing an Emerging Leader Development Program. Prior to this role, Stacy worked at Kohler Co. from February 1999 to October 2020, holding positions such as Learning & Development Specialist, Training Specialist II, and Group Leader in the Call Center, where responsibilities encompassed creating and facilitating leadership training, managing vendor relationships, coaching leaders on development planning, and overseeing call center operations. Educational qualifications include a BA in History and Broad Field Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

For over 55 years, Americollect has been making collection calls from Manitowoc, Wisconsin. We operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital's customer service team and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Our core collection method is called Ridiculously Nice Collections. It is vastly different from traditional collection tactics. With faith in the patient, our Ridiculously Nice Collections concept uses a sales approach to collecting. The major fundamental difference is that we do not use fear or intimidation to collect, rather options and education.
