Luigi Marrafino

Luigi Marrafino is currently the Director of Network Development at AmeriHealth Administrators, a role held since 2011, where they negotiate managed care contracts and establish relationships with PPO networks. Prior to this, they served as Regional Vice President at Multiplan from 2004 to 2011, managing a team responsible for managed care contracting across a 13-state region. Luigi also held the position of Regional Vice President at GreatWest HealthCare from 1998 to 2004, overseeing provider relations and customer service in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia. They began their career as Director of Provider Contracting and Network Operations at Cigna Healthcare from 1993 to 1998. Luigi is pursuing a BS in Accounting at LaSalle.
