Adam Stephen

Adam Stephen is a seasoned IT professional specializing in capacity and performance engineering with extensive experience in security monitoring and network management. Currently serving as the Capacity and Performance Engineer Lead at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2017, Adam plays a pivotal role in the Capacity and Performance Department, responsible for monitoring and performance analysis within the IS Organization. Prior to this, experience includes four years at Loop 1 Systems as a Solutions Architecture / Field Systems Engineer Level 3, where Adam conducted technical assessments, designed SolarWinds solutions, and delivered training sessions to clients. Adam's earlier roles include Senior Network Security Engineer at PJM Interconnection and Network Systems and Security Manager at SSS Siedle, where responsibilities included managing network security and infrastructure, as well as implementing routing and switching solutions. Adam began a career at Omnicomp Inc. as a Network Analyst. Academically, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Network Communication Management from DeVry University.
