Artem Maksov

Artem Maksov is a Machine Learning Scientist with over 10 years of experience in academia and the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning for health and biotechnology. They have previously worked as an AI/ML Engineer at GSK, where they built deep learning models for drug discovery, and as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Valo, focusing on graph neural networks and causal modeling. Artem holds a PhD in Energy Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and has published nine papers, presenting their research at international conferences.
