Asia Alexander

Asia Alexander, LLMSW, currently serves as a Care Coordinator at AmeriHealth Caritas since June 2024, following a progressive career at Centene Corporation where Asia held the positions of Care Manager II and Care Manager I, managing care for complex high-risk waiver members and conducting assessments for waiver services. Previous experience includes roles as a Clinical Social Worker at Detroit Medical Center, Case Aide, and Community Liaison at Wolverine Human Services, and an internship as a Psychiatric Social Worker at DMC Detroit Receiving Hospital. Asia holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from Wayne State University and has a strong foundation in psychology with both a Bachelor's Degree and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Wayne State University and Grand Rapids Community College respectively.
