Jennifer Baird currently serves as the VP of Regulatory Reporting and Digital Operations at AmeriHealth Caritas, where responsibilities include leading a high-performing regulatory reporting team, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and enhancing the efficiency of the Digital Organization. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various senior positions at Magellan Health, including Sr. Director of Clinical Analytics and Sr. IT Director, focusing on clinical analytics, BI strategy, and healthcare informatics. Jennifer's expertise encompasses statistical techniques and data-driven decision-making processes, supported by advanced degrees in Experimental/Social Psychology and Business Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and Miami University, respectively.
