Brian Via

Brian Via is an accomplished manager in instructional design and technical training with extensive experience spanning various organizations, including AmeriHealth Caritas, Allstate, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design and Technical Training at AmeriHealth Caritas since July 2017, Brian oversees strategic operations for Enterprise Operations Training, leads a team of instructional designers, and manages comprehensive training programs that ensure alignment with organizational goals. Previous roles include Learning Technology Manager at Allstate, where effective LMS governance and strategic initiatives were implemented, and eLearning Manager at Cars Commerce, focusing on multimedia eLearning development. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and English Literature and is pursuing a Master of Science in Health Informatics from Purdue University.
