Cesar A. Morales

Cesar A. Morales, CPHIMS, HCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cesar A. started their career in 1987 at Prudential Insurance Company of America, where they held various positions with increasing responsibilities until 1995. Cesar A. then joined AmeriHealth Caritas in 1996 as a Senior Programmer Developer and gradually moved up the ranks, serving as a Systems Business Analyst, IT Product Lead, Manager of IT Encounters, and Manager of IT (Electronic Data Exchange) before becoming the Director of Application Development in 2014. In 2019, Cesar founded Launch your Tech Career, a social network group that focuses on emerging technologies and provides IT career tips.
