Chad Goodwin

Chad Goodwin has a diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Chad started their career in 1997 as a Program Manager at Universal Instruments, where they directed the procurement strategy for a chief product development program. Chad then joined Hewlett-Packard in 1999 as a Commodity Manager, managing two commodities and investigating supply chain deficiencies.

In the same year, Chad moved to Agilent Technologies as a Sourcing and Contracts Manager. Here, they managed a specialized team in identifying and managing strategic external technologies and directed global contract manufacturing programs.

In 2005, Chad became the Director of Procurement at Endo Pharmaceuticals, where they were responsible for managing a $300 million annual spend and leading a team of twelve.

In 2008, Chad joined ACE Group as the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, overseeing global procurement operations and critical business services for a major multiline property and casualty insurance company. Chad provided spend analytics, sourcing, and negotiation support for $2.1 billion in spend.

Since 2014, Chad has been serving as the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at AmeriHealth Caritas. In this role, they lead sourcing and supply chain strategy and operations for an integrated managed care services company. Chad focuses on driving continuous improvement in source-to-pay systems and processes, as well as cultivating relationships with small and diverse businesses.

Chad Goodwin completed their BA in International Business and Geography from the University at Buffalo in 1993. Chad then pursued a JD degree in Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, which they completed in 1997.
