Christie Strain

Christie Strain is a seasoned professional in health informatics and behavioral health with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Manager of Health Informatics at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2013, Christie holds multiple past roles including Lead Clinical System Analyst and Clinical Systems Administrator Lead. Prior experience includes positions at Highmark Delaware and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, where responsibilities encompassed clinical supervision, policy development, and process improvement within the Behavioral Health Department. Christie began a career in mental health care at Magellan Health Services and Albert Einstein Medical Center, focusing on care coordination, case management, and therapy for diverse populations. Christie holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Widener University, an MSS in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, and a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University.
