Cindy Cook

Cindy Cook is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in network strategy, provider administration, and revenue management. Currently serving as the Director of Network Strategy for Long-Term Services and Supports at AmeriHealth Caritas since January 2022, Cindy previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Provider Network Administration at Molina Healthcare and Director of Revenue Management at Exceptional Living Centers. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at UnitedHealth Group/Optum CarePlus, where Cindy was Vice President of Field Operations overseeing operations in Indiana. Cindy began her professional career as a Health Care Consultant at Dean, Dorton and Ford. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Kentucky State University.
