Conor Laing

Conor Laing is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in health policy analysis and implementation, currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2021. Laing leads public policy initiatives for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act Marketplace across multiple states, providing critical legislative and regulatory analysis while serving as a liaison to various health insurance trade associations. Previous roles include serving as a Policy Analyst V at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, where Laing coordinated policy changes across multiple public assistance programs, and as a Bill Analyst at the Texas Legislative Council.
