Crystal Love is a collaborative and multi-faceted leader currently serving as the Director of Plan Operations & Administration at Keystone First. With extensive experience in Medicaid, Medicare, Long-term Services and Supports (LTSS), and behavioral health, Crystal's background encompasses healthcare operations, strategy, and organizational growth. Since 2002, Crystal has held several roles within the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies, contributing significantly as both a Director and Sr. Project Manager. Crystal earned a Master’s in Public Health from Drexel University and a BA in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College.
