Daniel Scott

Daniel Scott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in privacy and security law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at AmeriHealth Caritas since March 2018, Daniel provides legal guidance focused on privacy and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include VP, Senior Privacy Relationship Manager at TD, where responsibilities involved overseeing compliance with privacy laws, as well as Managing Attorney & Principal at Scott Law LLC, where Daniel drafted essential legal documents and advised companies on various compliance matters. Additionally, Daniel has served as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law, teaching courses on regulatory compliance and data security, and has held legal positions at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Chimicles & Tikellis LLP, focusing on regulatory counsel and complex litigation.
