David Council is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in various finance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Finance Lead for Subsidiary Operations and previously as Senior Financial Analyst and Interim Director of Finance at AmeriHealth Caritas since January 2016, David has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and management. Prior consulting experience was gained at PotomacWave, and extensive roles at Chenega Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, GMAC Insurance, and other firms have contributed to a well-rounded skill set.
