Frank Stein

Frank Stein, PMP, is an accomplished director with extensive experience in innovation and operational excellence, currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Organizational Excellence at AmeriHealth Caritas since April 2012. In this role, Frank leads strategic planning and technology project implementations for the contact center, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction. Previously, as Director of Service Operations, Frank managed vendor relations, operational transformations, and business continuity efforts. Frank's background also includes serving as a Program Manager in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, where responsibilities included managing a contact center program aimed at delivering an integrated agent desktop. Prior experience includes leadership as a Global Business Intelligence Project Manager at Munich Re, overseeing international teams and multi-million Euro projects, as well as IT Project Management at General Accident/One Beacon. Frank holds a BBA in Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and has pursued further education at Boston University.
