Heather Hoak

Heather Hoak is a seasoned social services professional with extensive experience in managing social services departments within skilled nursing facilities. Heather's career began with a graduate internship at Washington City Mission and continued as a social work intern at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia. Notable positions include Director of Social Services at Jefferson Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, as well as roles at Mountainview Specialty Care Center and Jefferson Hills Manor.
