Jacqueline Rowe, CHC, CFE, currently serves as the Director and Compliance/Market Compliance Officer at AmeriHealth Caritas since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was the Director of Compliance at Centene/PA Health & Wellness from July 2019 to January 2023 and Bureau Director at the PA Department of Human Services between July 2016 and July 2019. Jacqueline’s experience includes significant leadership roles such as Executive Director at a CCRC & Senior Living Community and various positions with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where expertise in Medicaid program participation and nursing home bed management was developed. Additionally, Jacqueline has over a decade of experience managing skilled nursing centers and personal care homes. Jacqueline’s career began in the US Navy as a Clinical Nuclear Medicine Technician, complemented by advanced degrees in Management from Webster University and Health Care Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
